Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base with our various financial products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for mutual funds, insurance, bonds, Co FDs.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients by generating AUM.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of insurance, mutual funds, bonds, Co FDs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional Financial Certifications (NISM, CFA, CFP)
- Masters’ degree in Sales and Finance will be an added advantage.

Coordination with Mutual Fund AMCs for daily based routine operational work Managing Mutual Funds transaction processing for clients. Servicing clients in regard to various challenges faced in reference to their investments. Making sure the compliance with laws and regulations Creating MIS reports on a daily basis.
