Role: Relationship Executive / Telesales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our financial advisory services and generate leads.
Provide detailed information about various financial products and services like Insurance, Mutual funds etc.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Maintain a database of client interactions and follow up on leads.

Experience & qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance with a minimum of 6 months of experience in tele calling or outbound sales.
Required Skills

Candidates with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Understanding of financial instruments such as Insurance or mutual funds.
Pleasing Personality and well behaved.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Candidates with NISM – MF Advisory module /CFP/CWM would have an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base with our various financial products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for mutual funds, insurance, bonds, Co FDs.
Identify and explore new market opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients by generating AUM.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

At least 4+ years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of insurance, mutual funds, bonds, Co FDs.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional Financial Certifications (NISM, CFA, CFP)
Masters’ degree in Sales and Finance will be an added advantage.
